Winter Rentals

Thank you for inquiring about our winter rentals.  We will post rentals on this page as they become available, so please check back frequently.  Please note that we receive many requests for rentals and have very limited availability.  Full credit, background and reference check is required with every application.  Security deposit equal to one month’s rent is also required with a winter rental lease.  The rentals below are for the full winter.  We do not have weekly or month-to-month winter rentals unless noted below.  Also, no pets allowed unless stated otherwise on the listing. We cannot make exceptions. The 9% NH Rooms and Meals tax is assessed for any rentals under 186 days. If a tenant leaves early, this tax will be deducted from the security deposit and paid to the State.  If you are interested in one of the units, please fill out the entire application below.  We will get back to you and get authorization from you before running credit checks.  Thank you.

    • $2,500 per month. $2,500 security deposit. Furnished.
    • Available immediately. Move out by June 15th.
    • Shorter stays (2-3 months) may be available.
    • Tenant pays: Cable & internet
    • Landlord pays: Water, electric (with limits), heat, plowing.
    • No pets allowed in building.
  • 7 Atlantic Avenue, Upstairs, Hampton, NH 03842
    • $1,700 month, $1,700 security, furnished.
    • Available immediately.  Move out by May 1st, 2018
    • Tenant pays: Nothing
    • Landlord pays: Water, electric (with limits), heat, plowing, basic cable & internet
    • Pets strictly prohibited.
  • At this time, we have no year round rentals.
