INFO FOR 2025 SUMMER RENTALS
We look forward to welcoming you in 2025! If you stayed with us in 2024, you will be receiving a renewal letter in the mail in late January or early February. If you are a new guest, please see below for how to get access to our availability prior to our official opening:
- Beginning on January 1st, we open a waitlist on our website. As we invite all past guests to return, we aren’t aware of our availability until the renewal deadline in late February.
- The earlier you sign-up, the higher your priority on the waitlist. As we become aware of new openings, they will be e-mailed out to you periodically.
- If you find something you like on the waitlist e-mails, you can book it right away. You also have the option to move your deposit if something else comes along up until our deposit “lock-in” date.
- Before we release the full availability to the general public and update our booking calendars, it will first be offered to the waitlist.
