Description

The Southwind:

This bright and airy beach house, situated on Island Path, is two short blocks from the sand. You’re a stroll away from the beach, live music, dining, and shopping, but far enough away to enjoy tranquility on your front deck! The first level features a comfortable living area with a cozy couch and cable tv. Games and DVDs are also available for evenings in.  Off the living area is a fully stocked kitchen with dining table, range, refrigerator, microwave and both K-Cup and regular coffeemakers. The bathroom is off the kitchen and has a stand-up shower. Upstairs are four bedrooms,with1 queen bed, 2 full beds, and 1 twin bed. The Southwind sleeps 7. Each floor has a covered deck, with ample seating for enjoying the summer weather, people watching, and viewing Wednesday night fireworks. The driveway is split between the front and rear house, with the front house having the lane closest to the house. This lane easily fits 2 compact vehicles (tandem) or 1 large vehicle. Additional amenities include WiFi, a window air conditioner on the first level, and fans in each bedroom.

  • Max sleeping occupancy of 7 people. Parking restricted to left side of the driveway for 1-2 vehicles dependent on size. Strictly no pets or parties. This beach house is also smoke-free
