Located in the desirable Island Section of Hampton Beach, 6 Epping Avenue Rear Up is the top floor unit of a duplex. Abutting the Hampton Beach State Park, you’re just a few minutes walk to the sand of lovely south beach. This unit is also just a short walk to all the restaurants, bars, shops and attractions of the Hampton Beach boardwalk.
Through the shared picnic and grill area is a gate to the private entry stairwell. At the top of the landing you’ll walk into a three season porch with expansive views of the State Park, jetty, Hampton Harbor and out towards the beach. From the porch is the dining, kitchen and living area. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room has ample seating as well as a window air conditioner. Off the living space are two bedrooms, each with full-sized beds. One bath with shower. The property offers a private driveway lane with parking for 2-3 cars.
