  1. Service Overview
    1. Harris Real Estate provides customer service, sales & support. Use of our Services is subject to these Terms and all applicable laws.
  2. Eligibility
    1. To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable laws.
    2. Providing false information during registration or use of Services may result in termination of your account.
  3. SMS Communications and Text Messaging (A2P Compliance)
    • Consent: We send text messages only to individuals who have affirmatively opted in through our sign-up form at https://harrisrealestate.com/sms-opt-in/ by checking the SMS consent box. Providing your phone number alone does not enroll you in text messaging. SMS consent is collected separately, is not bundled with these Terms or any other agreement, and is not a condition of purchase.
    • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
    • Pricing: Message and data rates may apply.
    • Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you text “STOP”, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

  4. Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Privacy and Data Usage
    • No Sale or Sharing of Data: We value your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Your data is only used to provide and improve our Services, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

    1. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Hampshire, USA. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Rockingham County, New Hampshire, USA.
