Information we collect: your name, email address, mobile phone number, and a record of your consent, including the date, time, and the web page on which consent was given.

How we use it: we use your mobile number solely to send service messages related to your account, booking, showing, or property, including confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, maintenance updates, and replies to questions you send us. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages under this program.

Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your account activity.

Your choices: reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP, email sales@harrisrealestate.com, or call (603) 926-2100 for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not affect your account or any other communications from us.

Service providers: we use Twilio Inc. as our messaging service provider strictly to deliver these messages on our behalf. Twilio is contractually prohibited from using your information for its own purposes.

Data retention: we retain your mobile number and consent record for as long as you remain opted in, and for a reasonable period afterward as proof of consent.
