This townhouse style condo offers extensive outdoor deck space with views out to the ocean. The first level has a living space with desk, futon and bathroom. Off the living space is a bedroom with 2 twin beds, washer & dryer and a stowaway extra twin bed. Ascend the spiral stairs (or access through the deck) to the open-concept kitchen and living area. Offering views throughout, enjoy unwinding in the living room with ample seating. The kitchen has a full appliance package as well as dining table with space for the whole family. Also on this level is the primary bedroom with queen bed and another three-quarter bath. Additionally, there is a pull-out couch. Amenities include community pool and patio, wrap-around deck, WiFi, 2 car parking and a stand-up air conditioning unit on the second level. Access to North Beach is just a 2 minute walk across the street!

Policies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances outside our guests control may require them to cancel. In these instances, Harris Real Estate will do everything in its power to get the property re-rented and try to recover some of the deposit money for the guest. The following is our full cancellation policy; 1) We must have a cancellation in writing at least one month prior to your stay. If the reservation is cancelled in less than 30 days from the reservation, the full balance will be charged. 2) If you rented over the internet or by phone, the rental must be accepted. You have removed the unit from the rental pool. The pictures on our web site are updated to the best of our abilities and we feel represent true conditions. If you are unhappy, we can try to re-rent but the unit must be vacated and time is limited. 3) Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will re-list the unit as available. If we are able to re-rent the property at the same rate, your deposit will be returned less a 10% (of the total rental cost) processing fee. If it is rented for a lesser amount, we will return the difference less the 10% processing fee. 4) After a unit is re-rented, the deposit will not be returned until the new guest pays the reservation in full and the booking is accepted.
Harris Real Estate at its sole discretion may allow you to transfer your reservation to another party. We will consider any transfers on a case-by-case basis and the new guest will need to agree to take responsibility and accept our rental policies. 5) If the property is not re-rented, the deposit will be forfeited to the property owner. 6) The cancellation policy listed on your confirmation reads "ABSOLUTELY NO DEPOSIT OR FEES RETURNED". While we will do our best to get you all or some of your money back, we reserve the right to enforce the full cancellation policy as written on your receipt.

We HIGHLY recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover any unexpected life events or illnesses.

Deposit Policy

While we do not retain traditional security deposits, our rental agreements states that you authorize Harris Real Estate to charge the payment on file for damages caused to the property beyond reasonable wear and tear. For all bookings, a 40% down payment is taken which is applied to the final cost. Final payments are due 30 days in advance of your stay.
